Our classes incorporate a combination of all three of the training techniques below to create a low impact, high intensity workout.  By using TRX, Kettlebells and Battle Ropes, our classes are exciting and different each time.   These techniques are combined to BURN FAT and tone your body in ways no other "bootcamps" can do!!
